To be eligible for a scholarship, applicants must be an existing patient at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center AND 
diagnosed with sickle cell disease. ​Past recipients are not eligible to apply.

​IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
  • To be  considered for a scholarship, the application, along with all other documents, must be received by the deadline.
  • Recipients of the scholarship must be present at the Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center Research Day on August 25, 2018. The winner will be awarded on that day and must be present to receive the scholarship award.
